DESIGNS BEING DEVELOPED

FrancisKnight Public Art Consultants are collaborating with Tom Pearman in the development of detailed designs for the L&Q Harrow View East development at Headstone Road, Harrow, London. The Public Art comission will be developed to comply with S106 obligations to discharge a public art condition.
