During several projects involving cast concrete, Pearman was involved in a series of community workshops to gather opinions and ideas for the various schemes. These workshops involved working with youth schemes local residents, young offenders and primary school children. These creative sessions involved an exploration into casting techniques, using plaster of Paris.
